OBJECTIVE

  • To develop communication guidance for local affiliates responding to claims of PRODUCT Y’s clinical / economic superiority over PRODUCT X
APPROACH

  • Deep dive into the NICE appraisal communicating the superiority of PRODUCT Y over PRODUCT X
  • Formulation of potential payer objection questions based on the NICE decision via client working session
  • Highlight of specific gaps in logic, reasoning, argumentation in appraisal claims as well as data limitations
  • Development of preliminary payer mitigation responses
  • Pragmatic literature review to provide evidentiary support for preliminary mitigation responsesRefinement of hypotheses into evidence-based mitigations; development of a clear and concise PPT mitigation communication deck
