Dr. van Hees has over 15 years of experience in Health Economics and Epidemiology with extensive experience in conceptualizing, constructing, and strategically and technically reviewing health economic models (CE models for HTA, early CE models, and BI models). He also has experience in writing HTA submissions/ providing HTA submission support and writing scientific manuscripts.
Prior to joining Maple Health Group, Dr. van Hees was Principal Health Economist and Delivery Excellence Lead at BresMed Health Solutions/ Lumanity.
Dr. van Hees holds a doctorate from Erasmus University Medical Center in Public Health and Health Economic Modeling. Prior to that, he earned a PgCert in Health Economics from University of York and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Epidemiology/ HTA from Radboud University Nijmegen.
